Job summary

FILPAL is seeking a QMS Executive to maintain and improve its Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015. The role leads internal audits, management reviews, and coordinates certification activities with external bodies.

The ideal candidate has hands-on QMS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to corrective actions and continuous improvement. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Lead Auditor certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification as a Lead Auditor, including Internal Auditor Training and Transition Training, in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead internal audits and management reviews.
• Coordinate certification and surveillance audits with external bodies.
• Drive corrective actions and process improvements across departments.
• Ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
• Provide training and briefings on QMS procedures.
