FILPAL is seeking a Test Lab Quality Executive to support the Quality Manager in implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the Laboratory Quality Management System (LQMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 17025 and accreditation body requirements.

You will coordinate document control, audits, non-conformities, customer feedback, proficiency testing, and equipment traceability to ensure test results remain valid and reliable.

Qualifications

• Formal training in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
• ISO/IEC 17025 Internal Auditor certificate or willingness to obtain during probation.
• 2+ years in a testing or calibration lab under ISO/IEC 17025; degree holders with 1 year may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving the LQMS.
• Coordinate internal audits and AB assessments; prepare audit reports.
• Log and track customer complaints; conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Support proficiency testing and interlaboratory comparisons; monitor performance.
• Maintain equipment calibration records and traceability; ensure metrological criteria.
• Assist in training planning and competency records.
• Maintain impartiality and confidentiality; act as QM contact for AB correspondence.
• Prepare quality KPI reports for QM and Laboratory Head.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by the QM.
• Identify opportunities to improve LQMS effectiveness and efficiency.
