Job summary

MUQMEEN GROUP is recruiting for a sales consultant to promote Prudential BSN Takaful products and service clients nationwide. The role emphasizes building a strong pipeline, meeting MDRT-like goals, and pursuing agency ownership with a comprehensive training framework.

The position offers a basic salary in the RM3k–6k range depending on prior income, with six-figure potential from commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Preferably experience in Sales - Financial Services (Takaful, Insurance) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and promote and service all Takaful contracts.
• Evaluate customer needs and financial status and propose suitable financial solutions.
• Monitor and maintain bookkeeping systems, databases, records and client contribution statements.
• Fulfill policy requirements for new business, amendments and policy servicing.
