You will build a robust client portfolio via networking and referrals, perform needs-based selling, and ensure smooth account openings and inquiries. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields is required.
• 2+ years in financial services sales or related roles is preferred.
• Licenses such as CUTE, TBE, Takaful, or Insurance Representative are required.
• Fluency in English; Bahasa Malaysia or local dialects is a plus.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking and regulatory guidelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial planning consultations focusing on Unit Trust investments and Bancatakaful products.
• Grow the client portfolio through networking, referrals, and relationship management.
• Perform needs-based selling with strong sales presentation skills.
• Ensure timely account opening, processing, and inquiries resolution.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
