About the role
Support the acquisition of new investors, including emerging affluent and high net-worth individuals, for both Conventional and Islamic investment products. Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing investors to drive retention and portfolio growth. Identify opportunities to increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling of suitable investment solutions.
Key responsibilities
Support the acquisition of new investors, including emerging affluent and high net-worth individuals, for both Conventional and Islamic investment products.
Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing investors to drive retention and portfolio growth.
Identify opportunities to increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling of suitable investment solutions.
Support planning and execution of investor campaigns, webinars, and engagement events.
Work closely with Tech, Marketing, CX, and Risk teams to support initiatives aimed at enhancing the investor experience.
Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain professionalism and uphold high standards of integrity in all investor interactions.
About you
Degree holder with minimum 1-8 years of experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, or Investment-related roles.
Exposure to Wealth Management, Investment Products, or Relationship Management (Conventional and/or Islamic products).
Basic understanding of Islamic investment principles (Shariah-compliant products) is an added advantage
Strong interest in client relationship building and investment advisory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese is an added advantage
