Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• 4+ years in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Equity Research.
• Strong financial modeling, capital markets knowledge, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft earnings releases, investor presentations, conference scripts, and annual reports.
• Be primary contact for institutional investors, shareholders, and analysts.
• Monitor industry trends and analyst consensus for leadership briefing.
• Organize roadshows, analyst days, AGMs, and earnings calls.
• Ensure communications comply with financial regulations and fair disclosure.

What You Will Do:

• Investor Communications: Drafts monthly/quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, and annual reports.
• Relationship Management: Serves as the key point of contact for institutional investors, shareholders, and sell-side equity analysts.
• Market Intelligence: Monitors industry trends, competitor performance, and analyst consensus estimates to brief executive leadership.
• Event Coordination: Organizes corporate roadshows, analyst days, annual general meetings (AGMs), and earnings conference calls.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all market communications adhere to strict financial regulations and fair disclosure laws.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. An MBA, CFA, or CPA is highly preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Equity Research.
• Strong financial modeling skills, deep knowledge of capital markets, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
