Job summary

Stratus Automation Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Investor Relations Manager to act as the primary link between the company and the financial community. You will ensure the market understands the company’s strategy, performance, and value through clear, compliant communications.

You will draft earnings releases, investor presentations, conference scripts, and annual reports, while managing relationships with institutional investors, shareholders, and sell-side analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business required.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA highly preferred.
• Experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Equity Research is required.
• Strong financial modeling and capital markets knowledge; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drafts monthly/quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, and annual reports.
• Serves as the primary liaison for institutional investors, shareholders, and sell-side analysts.
• Monitors industry trends, competitor performance, and analyst estimates to brief leadership.
• Organizes roadshows, analyst days, AGMs, and earnings calls while ensuring regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do:

The Investor Relations (IR) Manager acts as the primary link between the company and the financial community. This role is responsible for ensuring the market accurately understands the company's strategy, operational performance, and financial value through consistent, transparent communication.

Investor Communications: Drafts monthly/quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, and annual reports.

Relationship Management: Serves as the key point of contact for institutional investors, shareholders, and sell-side equity analysts.

Market Intelligence: Monitors industry trends, competitor performance, and analyst consensus estimates to brief executive leadership.

Event Coordination: Organizes corporate roadshows, analyst days, annual general meetings (AGMs), and earnings conference calls.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all market communications adhere to strict financial regulations and fair disclosure laws.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. An MBA, CFA, or CPA is highly preferred.

At least 4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Equity Research.

Strong financial modeling skills, deep knowledge of capital markets, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
