Responsibilities
- Support Investor Relations by updating on Bank performance and strategies.
- Organise investor meetings, roadshows, and prepare presentations/reports.
- Provide financial analysis and benchmarking for management decisions.
- Assist Corporate Finance in evaluating and executing deals (M&A, equity/debt).
- Support debt/equity capital raising and governance of capital programmes.
