Job summary

Ivy Lense in Malaysia is seeking a conscientious store keeper to manage inventory calculations, arrange stock, verify inbound and outbound items, pack and label goods following company procedures, and prepare parcels for courier delivery. Based at The Reef Rawang, the role runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

You will perform data entry, stock checks, and related tasks, with training provided and opportunities for a company trip based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using computers.
• A conscientious, efficient and diligent person.
• Bonus if you have store keeper experience.
• SPM graduates are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Handle the inventory item calculation section.
• Arrange stock.
• Check incoming and outgoing items.
• Pack and label the product in accordance with company procedures.
• Produce all shipping documentation to ensure items are transferred to the courier.
• Prepare parcels to be sent to customers.
• Data entry / store keeper.
• Related tasks.
