Job summary

Responsibilities

• Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs.
• Maintain clear and organized records; post invoices using computer programs.
• Conduct inventory audits and determine inventory levels and needs.
• Receive, unload, and process deliveries; verify and track received inventory.
• Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure counts.
• Adhere to food safety policies and ensure PAR levels are proper.
