Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Inventory Analyst to optimize stock levels, monitor accuracy, and drive timely disposition across warehouse and channels. The role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and collaborating with Sales and Operations to improve inventory performance and support business goals.

The candidate will manage EOL/RTW/RTV processes, prepare regular reports and dashboards, and contribute to inventory efficiency with strong analytical skills and ERP/WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Tertiary level qualification in Supply Chain, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years in supply chain management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power Query, Power BI).
• Proficient in knowledge of ERP (Axapta, SAP), WMS and automation; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall inventory holding and develop strategies for stock levels.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory system and conduct variance investigations.
• Manage monthly stock reconciliations and timely issue resolution.
• Drive End of Life (EOL), Return to warehouse (RTW) and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes.
• Maintain inventory levels for all SKUs and channels.
• Lead aging inventory and SLOB reviews with internal/external teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports and dashboards.
• Analyze inventory KPIs such as turns, accuracy, excess and aging.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on clearance activities.
• Handle ad hoc supply chain tasks.
