Job summary

Swap Asia Group is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Malaysia to oversee stock levels, monitor accuracy, and drive efficient disposition of aged or excess inventory. You will analyze inventory data, identify trends, and partner with Sales and Operations to optimize performance across warehouses and channels.

The role requires 1–2 years in supply chain, strong data skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI), and experience with Axapta or SAP and WMS. A proactive team player with analytical mindset will excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in supply chain management.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems Axapta and SAP and WMS.
• Strong data analysis and business intelligence skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with proactive attitude and strong communication.
• Excellent quantitative skills and understanding of financial implications of decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Minimize aged and excess inventory and support disposition.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare inventory reports and dashboards weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on inventory clearance.
• Drive SKU, category, and channel inventory planning.
• Lead aging/SLOB reviews with internal and external teams.
• Perform ad hoc supply chain tasks as needed.
