Job summary

Swang Chai Chuan Sdn Bhd (Mentakab) is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Assistant to support daily operations in our Kuantan area office. You will help manage inventory, process purchase orders, coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

The role requires a Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily supply chain and inventory operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Process and update purchase orders, delivery orders, and stock records in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales team, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment planning.
• Prepare basic reports on inventory movement and stock status.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of supply chain related documents.
• Support other administrative tasks related to supply chain operations when required.
