Job summary

Pacific Adhesive Systems (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics support role in Penang. Responsibilities include verifying DOs and invoices, coordinating with Customer Service for smooth product flow, and assisting in issuing materials and receiving finished goods from production.

Candidate should have at least a SPM certificate, basic Excel skills, and be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; work hours are 8:15am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have basic Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel).
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; Mandarin or local dialect is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in verifying DOs and invoices.
• Coordinating with Customer Service to ensure smooth product flow in logistics.
• Assisting in issuing materials and receiving finish goods from production.
• Assist in cycle counts/stock count exercises as required.
