Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to drive demand forecasting and inventory planning, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Product teams. You will develop baseline, promotions and new product forecasts, lead S&OP cycles, monitor obsolescence, manage replenishments, and optimize stock targets at each POS to meet company goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in SCM or related, 3–5 years in supply chain or production planning, and strong data analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent.
3-5 years experience in supply chain or production planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and other functions to identify demand drivers.
Build baseline, promotions and new product forecasts and lead the S&OP cycle with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias with root-cause analysis.
Monitor and manage slow moving inventory and obsolescence and report to management team and HQ on time.
Execute daily replenishment plan based on the sales plan.
Efficiently manage the phase-out process for products reaching end of lifecycle to minimize costs of unsold inventory.
Define stock targets per SKU at each point of sale to achieve optimal inventory.
Work with HQ Operations teams & develop plans for improvement to achieve inventory goals and reduce obsolescence.
Lead comprehensive reviews with local and head quarter for process improvement.
