Job summary

TRANSPAK PENANG SDN BHD is seeking an organised goods coordinator in Penang. You will receive, verify and prepare goods for delivery, monitor stock levels, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.

You will also perform vehicle checks and adhere to safety and traffic regulations. Responsibilities include on-time deliveries to customers and sites, maintaining inventory records, and supporting ad hoc requests under the Head of Department.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.
• Material issuing and inventory control experience preferred.
• Proven record of accident-free operation.
• Proper completion of delivery documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and verify incoming goods against delivery orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Prepare goods, materials and orders for delivery or collection based on approved documents.
• Monitor stock levels, perform stock counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Deliver goods to customers, project sites, suppliers or other designated locations on time.
• Check delivery documents and obtain customers' acknowledgement/signature upon delivery.
• Conduct basic daily checks on the lorry, including tyres, lights, brakes, oil and other safety items.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
• Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
