Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent warehouse administrator to manage inbound/outbound documents, input transactions into the warehouse management system, and maintain accurate inventory records with high attention to detail. You will generate inventory and shipment reports, support regular stocktakes, and coordinate with purchasing, sales, R&D, and other teams to keep operations running smoothly.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Malay and English in written and spoken form.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience in warehouse data entry or similar administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound documents and inventory records in the WMS.
• Enter data for receipts and issue notes; ensure accuracy in systems.
• Regularly update inventory to align system and physical stock.
• Prepare inventory and shipment reports for management review.
• Assist stocktakes and coordinate with purchasing, sales, and other teams.
