Job summary

This role leads the inventory team, drives improvements, and serves as the escalation point for inventory issues. The position requires 5–8 years in warehouse inventory management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and strong WMS/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of warehouse inventory management experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory analytics.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Inventory Control team to achieve accuracy and KPIs.
• Establish inventory control standards across warehouse operations.
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and SOPs.
• Manage all inventory transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Plan cycle counts, stock takes, and customer audits.
• Present inventory performance in reviews.
• Drive Kaizen and digitalization of inventory processes.
• Provide inventory insights to improve performance.
