Job summary

Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd (Harvey Norman) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a stock control specialist to facilitate and coordinate stock counts across multiple sites, and to compile variance reports that reveal clear, actionable insights.

You will conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock counts, monitor transfers and inventory movements, assist in audits, and document findings to support compliance and minimize errors while collaborating with stores and teams for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate stock count processes at different sites.
• Compile and analyze stock variance results and prepare clear, insightful reports.
• Conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock counts to ensure accuracy across all locations.
• Monitor stock transfers, service stocks, and other inventory movement regularly.
• Assist in inventory audits and compliance reviews, ensuring standards are met.
• Document work accurately to support audit findings and minimize errors.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stores level to maintain smooth processes.
