Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to manage goods arrivals, stock coding and daily inventory updates.

You will handle RMAs, warranty claims, SQL-based updates, and documentation, while coordinating with service personnel and suppliers. The role requires clear communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with 1–2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and SQL basics.
• Detail-oriented and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle arrival of new goods and assign/update stock item codes.
• Monitor gas detector rental units and testing/loan records.
• Manage daily inventory and update SQL system.
• Prepare and record goods or spare parts for sales and service orders.
• Process RMAs and manage warranty claims with suppliers.
• Provide information to authorized service personnel and monitor cleaning (M Floor).
• Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing letters and correspondence.
• Assist with filing related documents.
