Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites interns to join our logistics team in Melaka for September/October 2026. You will learn and perform warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing and shipping while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The internship pays RM1,700 per month, requires no prior work experience, and lasts at least 3 months, with potential for full-time employment upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a logistics-related diploma/degree with CGPA > 3.0.
• Final semester able to continue with official employment after internship.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute logistics warehouse activities: Receiving, Goods Storage, Goods Issuance, Shipping and inventory.
• Ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Support smooth store operations via computerized administration and retrieval systems.
• Maintain complete, detailed warehouse materials identification.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics on parts/raw materials levels.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the store/receiving and distribution area.

• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the store/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.

Key Requirement

• We need intern at least for 3 months.
• Candidate must pursuing in Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent with CGPA > 3.0.
• Candidate is currently at final semester able to continue with official employment upon completion of internship.
• No work experience required.
• Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Willing to work for 5.5 work days
• Self transportation required.
