Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia invites applications for an internship in Unit Process Development. You will support DOE experiments on the die clip attach process, collect data, and analyze DOE results while learning hands-on semiconductor manufacturing techniques.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering or related field, CGPA 3.0+, and a minimum of 3 months internship. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are expected.
