Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites ambitious students to join our September intake for the Trading Department. This internship offers hands-on experience across diverse business functions and exposure to the fast-paced world of O+O commerce.

You will support daily operations, assist with reporting, data maintenance, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers, while building a professional network and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields like Retail Management, Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science/AI, or HR/Psychology.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
• Available for at least 3 months, final-year students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including product, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Prepare and maintain reports (sales, stock, tracking).
• Assist with data maintenance, documentation, and record keeping.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and suppliers on ongoing tasks.
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
