Job summary

Syn Global Group Sdn Bhd is seeking IT & Trading Apprentice Interns in Malaysia to gain hands-on exposure to IT support, system coordination, data monitoring, and trading workflow operations. You will learn directly from live business operations in a fast-moving, future-focused environment.

This internship offers mentorship, practical platform exposure, and a monthly allowance of RM700–RM1,200, with growth potential as you contribute to IT and trading activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in IT, Computer Science, Software, Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Eager to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Interested in technology, digital systems, and trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily IT support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Support internal digital platforms, software tools, and technical operations.
• Help maintain and organize data, reports, and workflow documentation.
• Assist the team in monitoring trading activities, market data, and operational processes.
• Learn and support basic trading-related analysis and execution workflows.
• Work closely with team members on technology improvement and process optimization.
• Perform research on digital tools, system solutions, and market trends when required.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors from both IT and trading departments.
