Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Penang seeks a Reliability Test Execution Support to aid engineers in reliability stress test setup (HTOL, TC, Burn-In, HAST) and sample handling. You will perform basic electrical readouts, monitor tests, and report anomalies. Data, logs, and run sheets are organized for engineering review.

The role includes 5S/safety compliance, equipment checks, and coordinating sample movement with planners. A Bachelor in Electrical/Electronic with CGPA 3.0+ is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper document control (checklists, run sheets, travelers).

Reliability Test Execution Support

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Assist engineers in setting up reliability stress tests (e.g. HTOL,Temperature Cycle, Burn-In, HAST). Support sample loading and unloading of boards/devices intochambers or test systems. Perform basic electrical readout execution following approved testinstructions. Monitor test status and report abnormal conditions (alarm, trip,temperature deviation) to engineers.

Data Collection & Documentation

Record test data, logs, and execution status in tracking systems orspreadsheets. Assist in organizing raw test results, screenshots, and logs forengineering review. Support preparation of basic summaries (run hours, sample count,chamber usage). Maintain proper document control (checklists, run sheets,travelers).

Lab Operations & Discipline (5S / Safety)

Support 5S activities: labeling, housekeeping, materialarrangement. Follow lab safety rules, ESD controls, and equipment handlingguidelines. Assist in inventory tracking of boards, samples, cables, andfixtures. Escalate safety, ESD, or equipment concerns immediately.

Equipment & Logistics Support

Assist engineers with basic equipment checks (power on/off, visualinspection). Support sample logistics: tagging, packing, unpacking, and internal transfers. Help coordinate sample movement with planners or logisticscoordinators (execution only).
