Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Penang, Malaysia invites you to join as Reliability Test Execution Support, assisting engineers in setting up reliability stress tests, loading boards into chambers, and performing basic electrical readouts.

You will monitor test status, collect data, and help organize results for review. Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic and CGPA 3.00+ are required; join a safety-conscious lab focused on 5S and ESD controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic is required.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in setting up reliability stress tests (e.g. HTOL, Temperature Cycle, Burn-In, HAST).
• Support sample loading/unloading of boards/devices into chambers or test systems.
• Perform basic electrical readout execution following approved test instructions.
• Monitor test status and report abnormal conditions (alarm, trip, temperature deviation) to engineers.
• Data collection and documentation: record test data, logs, and execution status in tracking systems or spreadsheets.
• Assist in organizing raw test results, screenshots, and logs for engineering review.
• Support preparation of basic summaries (run hours, sample count, chamber usage).
• Lab operations & discipline (5S / Safety) - support labeling, housekeeping, material arrangement.

• Support sample logistics: tagging, packing, unpacking, and internal transfers.
• Help coordinate sample movement with planners or logisticscoordinators (execution only).
