Role Overview

The Post-Producer Intern supports the post-production team by coordinating and managing the workflow of video projects from editing through to final delivery. The role involves assisting with project organisation, communication, and quality control to ensure that all deliverables meet both creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform administrative and logistical tasks related to post-production scheduling and documentation.

Assist post-producers in managing project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.

Organise and maintain project folders, footage, and other production materials.

Coordinate and document feedback between internal teams, editors, and clients.

Conduct quality checks on video edits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and that client or director feedback has been correctly implemented.

Liaise with and coordinate freelancers such as voice-over artists, editors, or translators when required.

Arrange and support live editing sessions, voice-over recordings, and other post-production activities.

Preferred Skills
