Job summary

SQC Management (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Media & Creative Content intern to support our Training Department in developing media, visual and creative content for training activities and projects. The role covers documenting training activities through photography and short-form video, creating social media content, and assisting in the design and preparation of training materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communication & Media Studies, or other related fields.
• Experienced in designing using Canva Pro, Adobe InDesign or any other suitable software.
• Experienced in handling and posting for multiple social media account.
• Creative, organized, good time management and can work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Type Photography & Documentation - Take and organize photos during training, workshops, events and other activities.
• Video & Content creation - Record and edit short videos, training highlights and montage using CapCut or similar software.
• Social Media content - Prepare photos, videos and simple creative content for Facebook, TikTok, X, and other social media platform.
• Handbook Design - Assist in designing and formatting the Training Handbook using Canva Pro, Adobe InDesign or similar software.
• Creative Design Support - Assist in creating posters, presentations, certificates and other visual materials required by the Training Department.
• Training & Event Support - Support the Training Team during training programmes, events and other activities including media and content requirements.
• Other Assigned Duties - Perform other relevant tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Summary

The Media & Creative Content intern will support the Training Department in developing media, visual, and creative content for training activities and projects. The intern will be involved in documenting training activities through photography and short-form video, creating social media content, producing training activity montages, and supporting the design and preparation throughout the projects. This position is suitable for Communication, Media, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design or related student who is creative, organized and willing to learn.
