Graphic & Multimedia Content Design Intern

As a Graphic & Multimedia Content Design Intern, you will support the team by creating impactful multimedia content, including event highlights, recruitment videos, and customer success stories. You'll focus on photo and video editing, social media content creation, and leveraging data‑driven insights to enhance brand visibility for HR and customer trust. This role provides hands‑on experience in multimedia design while contributing to meaningful projects that showcase the company’s culture and success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating event materials such as posters, flyers, buntings, backdrops, slides, landing pages, etc.
• Coordinate event‑related research and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and organizers.
• Plan, film, edit, and perform audio editing for videos.
• Film and coordinate video content for marketing purposes.
• Generate and manage monthly social media and digital content across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu (小红书), TikTok, YouTube, and the company website.
• Travel as needed for video and photo shoots at company events.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and design styles to continuously optimize the company’s content strategy.

Job Requirements (Must‑have)

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition), CapCut (剪映), Affinity, MS PowerPoint, or similar tools.

• Experience in multimedia design, video editing, graphic design, or similar roles.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience.
• Passion and experience in event management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Experience creating and maintaining posts for various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu (小红书), TikTok, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and company websites.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent project‑management abilities.
• Confidence hosting on camera and being featured in video content when required.
