Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Intern to gain practical exposure to IT operations, technical support and digitalisation initiatives within a professional environment.

You will assist with daily IT operations, basic troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and IT documentation while learning from experienced IT professionals in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily IT operations and technical support.
• Support basic hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
• Assist with IT equipment maintenance and IT documentation.
• Contribute to IT and digitalisation projects.
