Job summary

Hunters International in Malaysia is seeking a driven Recruitment Intern to learn and grow with us. Based in Petaling Jaya, this in-office role offers exposure to talent strategy and working with top-tier clients.

You will source and screen candidates, prepare job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and help with onboarding while gaining insight into HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for qualification, culture fit, and job match
• Partner with consultants to understand client hiring needs and job scopes
• Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and documentation
• Research companies, industries, and competitors to support recruitment strategy
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
• Assist with interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding
• Help build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices
