Job summary

Pandotive Design & Marketing Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative New Entry / Fresh / Junior Creative Multimedia / Graphic Designer to join on-site. You will bridge static design and motion graphics, AI-generated images and videos to build a strong brand presence across digital and print channels.

Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or a related field. Internship / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or related field.
• Internship / Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Capcut) AI Generate image & video is a plus or equivalent modern editing tools.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, video pacing, and modern social media trends.
• Portfolio Submission Required: Applications without a design/video portfolio link will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Static Branding: Design daily social media graphics, digital banners, and branding assets aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Print Layout: Handle localized print material designs, including flyers, brochures, packaging layouts, or event backdrops.
• Short Video Editing: Cut, assemble, and optimize high-engagement short-form videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Motion Graphics: Create basic 2D animations, animated typography, and video transitions to elevate digital content.
