Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience or a strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia design projects, including graphic design, video editing, animation, and interactive media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or similar tools.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives and brand guidelines into compelling visual content across various digital platforms.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with current multimedia design trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, polished work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required for effective communication within the local team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging multimedia content for various platforms including social media, website, and internal communications, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with campaign objectives.
• Produce high-quality video, animation, and motion graphics assets, from storyboarding and scripting to editing and final rendering.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to continuously improve design output and introduce innovative ideas.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring all visual assets adhere to established standards.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Work closely with content creators and copywriters to ensure visual elements effectively complement written or spoken content.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
