Job summary

Pandotive Design & Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a New Entry / Fresh / Junior Creative Multimedia / Graphic Designer to join our team on-site in Semenyih, Malaysia. You will bridge static design and motion graphics, including AI-generated images and videos, to build a strong brand presence across both digital and print channels.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design or a related field and is encouraged to apply as an intern/new graduate.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or a related field.
• Intern/New Entry/Fresh/Junior graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Capcut) AI generate image & video is a plus.
• Portfolio submission required: link must be provided.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, video pacing, and modern social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Static Branding: Design daily social media graphics, digital banners, and branding assets aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Print Layout: Handle localized print material designs, including flyers, brochures, packaging layouts, or event backdrops.
• Short Video Editing: Cut, assemble, and optimize high-engagement short-form videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
• Motion Graphics: Create basic 2D animations, animated typography, and video transitions to elevate digital content.
