Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Penang is seeking a candidate for an order management role within our supply chain team. The position involves processing and confirming orders, maintaining SAP master data, and supporting process standardization and automation.

Ideal applicants are students in Management or Computer Science with a CGPA of 3.0 or higher, familiar with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and basic Robotic Process Automation (UI Path).

Responsibilities

• Assist with order management ensuring on-time initiation and processing of shipments.
• Maintain and update SAP master data and system tables.
• Support SAP documentation workflows and end-to-end process optimization.

Job description

• Order Management: Ensure on time initiation of all shipments.
• Process/confirm orders and forecasts.
• Maintain operational EDI handling.
• Resolve docs workflows in SAP.
• Track orders and deliveries.
• Consignment concepts: monitor MRP runs; reconcile consignment stock.
• Manage forecast-based concepts.
• Maintain system tables and master data in SAP.
• Process: Cooperate with CC Key Users on process & tools anomalies.
• Document processes.
• Actively drive and support process standardization, first-level process automation and end-to-end process optimization.
• Students from courses in Management, Computer Science, business study or related supply chain field are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Some knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and ishare is preferred.
• Basic Macro/Robotic Process Automation-UI Path Knowledge is preferred.
• Intermediate level of Phyton Knowledge is desirable.
• Some acquaintances of supply chain will be advantage..
