Job summary

AIA invites an Internship for a Business Executive in Malaysia. You will help organize events and educate others about financial literacy, gaining hands-on experience and building people skills in a real-world setting.

Role includes events planning, educating faculty/club on financial topics, and learning DISC to improve communication. Overseas trips are sponsored, with a pathway to a career in financial services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or related field.
• Must be able to converse, read and write well in English.
• Only for candidates who have not been recruited and registered as tied agent in life insurance & takaful before.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing events to develop future leaders.
• Educate members on financial literacy and financial risk management.
• Learn DISC and improve interpersonal effectiveness to work with people.
