Job summary

TCS Quality & Productivity Sdn Bhd is seeking Agriculture Interns for a farm project in Malaysia. The role offers hands-on exposure to planting, harvesting, soil health, irrigation, pest control and sustainable farming practices, with mentorship from project leaders and potential for future full-time opportunities.

Ideal candidates are in the final year of a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness or Agro-Technology, ready for 4+ month internships, and willing to relocate within Malaysia

Qualifications

• Currently in final year of Diploma or Degree in Agriculture / Agribusiness / Agro-Technology or related fields.
• Available for internship of 4 months or longer and able to continue after internship ends.
• Fit and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in hot and humid conditions.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to relocate to any state in Malaysia during the internship period.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily farm operations including planting, harvesting and maintenance.
• Support monitoring of soil health, irrigation systems and pest control.
• Participate in sustainable farming practices.
• Assist in planning activities that generate immediate revenue and ROI.
• Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end farm management.
• Monthly internship allowance.
• Hands-on practical training in a real farm environment.
• Direct mentorship from project leaders.
• Exposure to commercial agriculture and farm-based business models.
• Opportunity for future full-time employment based on performance.
• Shortlisted candidates will undergo several assessments as part of the interview process.

Requirements:
