Job summary

TCS Quality & Productivity Sdn Bhd invites Agriculture Interns to join a ground-up farm project focusing on operations, sustainability, and ROI. You will gain hands-on, real-world exposure to end-to-end farm management, with mentorship from project leaders and potential for future full-time employment based on performance.

We seek final-year Diploma or Degree students in Agriculture or related fields who can commit to at least four months, enjoy outdoor work, and are willing to relocate within

• Final year Diploma or Degree in Agriculture / Agribusiness / Agro-Technology or related fields.
• Available for an internship of 4 months or longer and able to continue with us after the internship ends.
• Fit and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in hot and humid conditions.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to relocate to any state in Malaysia during the internship period.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily farm operations including planting, harvesting and maintenance.
• Support monitoring of soil health, irrigation systems and pest control.
• Participate in sustainable farming practices.
• Assist in planning activities that generate immediate revenue and ROI.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to end-to-end farm management.

Requirements:

Currently in your final year of Diploma or Degree in Agriculture / Agribusiness / Agro-Technology or related fields

Available for an internship of 4 months or longer and able to continue with us after the internship ends
