Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Group Finance & Accounts Intern to join the finance team in Kuala Lumpur. The role offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and corporate finance, ideal for students pursuing accounting or finance studies.

The internship requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CGPA 3.40+, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.40.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Support accounts reconciliations, including intercompany balances and bank reconciliations.
• Data entry and maintain accurate accounting records in the accounting system.
• Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing of finance records.
• Assist with other finance-related duties and ad hoc assignments.

Group Finance & Accounts Intern

Location: Plaza Arkadia, Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur

About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Group Finance & Accounts Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and corporate finance, providing an excellent learning opportunity for students pursuing a career in accounting or finance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.40.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP is an added advantage.
• Able to commit to a 3-6 months internship. Commencing August 2026 or later
