CARSOME is seeking an Internal Communications Intern to bridge leadership and employees, keeping culture vibrant and teams informed. You’ll assist in managing internal platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting company-wide culture initiatives.

You will craft announcements, newsletters, and blog posts that reflect the CARSOME voice, while helping with events, intranet updates, and basic visual content using Canva/Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of internal engagement initiatives.
• Draft and design internal announcements, newsletters, and blogs.
• Assist in managing Intranet and social platforms (Workvivo, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Help coordinate employee events, town halls, and celebrations.
• Create basic visual assets and short-form videos highlighting stories.
• Assist in HR awards submissions and gather employee feedback.

CARSOME is looking for a creative, energetic, and storytelling-driven Internal Communications Intern. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between leadership and employees, ensuring our culture stays vibrant and our teams stay informed. You’ll assist in managing our internal platforms, creating engaging content, and executing company-wide culture & engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of engagement events and initiatives specifically for CARSOME FIT - a health & wellness internal initiatives.
• Draft and design engaging internal announcements, newsletters, and blog posts that reflect the CARSOME brand voice.
• Assist in managing the company Intranet and social platforms - Workvivo, Linkedin, Instagram (@lifeatcarsome) and email distribution lists.
• Assist in internal employee events, town halls, and festive celebrations.
• Create basic visual assets (using Canva) and short-form video content to highlight employee stories or company milestones.
• Assist in the planning and drafting of submissions for HR awards on behalf of the company.
• Assist in gathering employee feedback via surveys and help track the engagement metrics of our internal communications.
• Support the People & Culture team in promoting CARSOME’s core values across the regional offices.

Qualifications:

• Final year student or recent graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional command of English (both written and verbal) with an ability to simplify complex information into relatable content.
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva/Adobe) and basic video editing is a significant plus.
• You are comfortable interviewing colleagues across different departments and levels of seniority.
• You don’t wait for instructions; you see a gap in communication and suggest a creative way to fill it.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, "startup-style" environment where priorities can shift quickly.
