Job summary

You will assist with research, analysis, and preparation of presentations, and help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and ways of working.

Contribute to process improvement, digitalisation, and business transformation using AI, data, analytics, and automation tools, while providing administrative support for initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating projects or tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to perform basic research and data analysis for management updates.
• Experience in presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and metrics.
• Understanding of digitalisation initiatives and automation in business processes.
