• Conduct training sessions and provide technical coaching to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
• Engage in Social Performance Community of Practice (CoP) and Improvement Working Group (IWG) activities.
• Network with Social Performance technical experts to stay updated on industry best practices and advancements.
• Seek and introduce innovative ideas, technologies, and work processes to enhance Social Performance.
• Monitor and capture lessons learned from technical implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Job Description

As an Intern Social Performance, you will be an integral part of the Environment & Social Performance team at PETRONAS Gas & Maritime Business. Your primary focus will be to support the implementation of social performance strategies, governance, and capability development. This role is crucial in safeguarding PETRONAS social license to operate by identifying and mitigating social risks and impacts as well as crafting promotional and capability development materials. You are required to be self-driven in learning and will work closely with the team to ensure the successful execution of social performance initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

• Identify and analyze technical requirements and value creation opportunities in Social Performance.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to address specific issues or potential problems at the OPU level.
• Participate in the development, review, and enhancement of technical capability development tools and training modules.
