Job summary

Comrise-Risewave is offering an internship in Kuala Lumpur to explore a career in talent acquisition. You will work closely with a dedicated consultant and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment across IT, Retail, E-commerce, Services, F&B, and more.

As an intern, you’ll be paired with a dedicated consultant who will guide and support you throughout your learning journey.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with a dedicated consultant throughout your internship.


• Gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment industry and different sectors, including IT, Retail, E-commerce, Services, F&B, and more.


• Learn and apply market research, talent sourcing, lead generation, search techniques, and talent mapping.


• Explore recruitment needs across Malaysia and the wider Asia region.


• Participate in candidate research, market mapping, and other recruitment-related projects.


• Gradually develop the confidence to work independently while receiving continuous guidance and support.
