Job summary

NIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company based in Malaysia. A detail-oriented data operations student is invited to support data coding, input validation, and quality checks across various consumer categories.

You will collaborate with Operations teams, ensure data integrity throughout processing, and help maintain high standards while adhering to global practices. Strong English communication and an interest in SQL are encouraged; a flexible working environment and volunteer

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• SQL experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of client instructions, product coding, and data input validation across specific industries or categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health & Beauty Products)
• Ensure data integrity throughout all stages of data processing
• Verify the accuracy and validity of processed data
• Assist in investigating, resolving, and checking data quality issues raised by supervisors or clients
• Maintain strong working relationships and open communication across relevant Operations teams to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to all regional and global operational standards consistently
• Provide support for departmental or cross-team projects and perform other duties as required

Job Description
