Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Intern, SAP Applications – Finance and Controlling (FICO) to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise SAP systems, finance processes, and global IT operations within a multinational environment.

You will assist in analysis, testing, documentation, and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and SAP tools, while helping monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or SAP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis and resolution of SAP FI/CO tickets.
• Support incident management and service request fulfillment activities.
• Monitor support queues and track ticket progress.
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test evidence documentation.
• Update project and support documentation repositories.
• Prepare project and support reports using Excel, Power BI, or SAP reporting tools.
• Analyze ticket trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support KPI monitoring and dashboard preparation.
