The HR Operations Intern supports the team in delivering accurate, timely, and well‑documented operations across assigned service areas, while gaining hands‑on exposure to HR processes, SOP documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Document operational procedures and help update SOPs.
• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Prepare and submit documents to statutory offices or external parties when needed.
• Maintain records, trackers, and documentation for effective operations and audit readiness.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and updates on improvement initiatives.
• Monitor service issues, follow up on actions, and flag inconsistencies.
• Support process improvement and coordination across service areas.
• Work with team members to complete tasks on time.
