Job description

We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. As an intern, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.

Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in variety of projects from planning, execute, commission and project quality assurance and checking for PDB projects.
• Learn and assist managing of projects stakeholders such as vendors, internal departments and PETRONAS governance.
• Assist to develop the digital platform for QAQC implementation and monitoring to complement the current QAQC process.
• Learn and assist in preparing of information and research materials for presentation throughout the whole project cycle.
• Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files

Intern Requirements and Qualifications

• Study in any degree. However, priority will be given to candidates studying degree in computer science / software engineering / information Technology / Engineering background.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong in problem solving with ability of creative thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
