Job summary

OCBC invites motivated students to join our internship program. You will assist in data validation for UAT, support various projects, and collaborate across teams to identify improvement opportunities.

The role requires pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree (Accounting, Banking, Finance, CS, Data Analytics) with CGPA 3.00/4.00 or equivalent, and a >2 month internship commitment. Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines with CGPA 3.00/4.00 or equivalent.
• Pursuing internship for more than 2 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exposure to data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with data validation and ensure comprehensive UAT coverage.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects or tasks as needed.
• Participate in special projects assigned by the department or organization.
• Collaborate with own team and other process teams to identify and implement improvements.

• Provide support for various ad hoc projects or tasks as needed.


• Participate in special projects assigned by the department or organization.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.


• Minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 (or equivalent academic achievement).


• Available for an internship period of more than 2 months.


• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.


• Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau) will be an added advantage.


• Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
