Job summary

Principal Financial Group offers an internship with our Agency team to support digital transformation and change management initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. You will gather and analyze requirements, manage production incidents, and assist with reports and presentations.

Ideal candidates are final-year or recent graduates in Marketing, business management or IT, with proficiency in Google Forms and MS Office, and a proactive, detail-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, business management, IT or related field.
• Working knowledge of Google Forms and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Initiative, result-oriented and able to deliver quality work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Gath ering requirements on system enhancements from stakeholders.
• Analyzing impact of requirements on stakeholders.
• Receiving and managing production system issues and raising incidents.
• Following up on incident progress and resolutions.
• Planning change management for smooth transitions.
• Executing UAT and completing tests per defined cases.
• Providing feedback and raising defects from UAT.
• Assisting with reports, presentations, and documents.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners for smooth operations.

We are looking for an intern to join our Agency team to assist with the agency digital transformation and change management.

What You’ll Do

• Gathering requirements on system enhancements from various stakeholders
• Compiling and analyzing the requirements on the impact to the stakeholders
• Receiving and managing production system issues and raising incidents
• Follow up on the incidents progress
• Planning to change management to ensure smooth transitions between changes
• Execute UAT and complete UAT based on pre-set test cases
• Providing feedback & raising defects on the UAT
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Who You Are

• You are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, business management, IT or a related field
• Working knowledge in Google Form, Microsoft Office tools such as Words, Excel, Powerpoint, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams
• Initiative, result-oriented and committed to ensure delivery of quality work.
• Able to display problem-solving skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with high attention to detail
• Students in their final year with the ability to intern for at least 6 months are preferred.
