What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented intern to support our user experience and adoption initiatives. You will design visual assets for campaigns and events, perform quality assurance on digital content, and audit our support platforms—gaining hands‑on experience blending creative execution with operational support.

About The Role

The Support Experience and Adoption team at Zebra Technologies is dedicated to pioneering digital‑first, self‑service solutions and driving adoption across the Zebra Support Center (support.zebra.com).

As an intern, you will be the creative engine and organizational backbone for several of our high-priority end‑of‑year and 2027 kick‑off initiatives. You will work closely with our Senior Service Adoption Specialist to design promotional assets, quality‑check digital guides and videos, and ensure our support portal delivers a seamless user experience.

Key Skills And Competencies

• Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), or similar software.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for catching visual inconsistencies, typos, or outdated information during quality assurance and website audits.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables (like video production timelines) and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced tech environment and eager to learn about new tools (like Pendo) and support center operations.

Qualification

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related creative field.
